General conditions of sale – L'Xpérience guest rooms
1. Reservation and payment
- The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance is due upon arrival.
- Any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. Cancellation
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded and cancellation is free.
- In case of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, the deposit is retained and another 20% is due.
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the deposit is retained and another 90% is due.
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay is due.
3. Arrival and departure time
- Arrival: from 4:00 p.m.
- Departure: before 10:00 (your key is locked at 10:00. Unlocking the key costs €50)
- Please notify us in case of late arrival.
4. Capacity
- The guest room is designed for a maximum of 14 people.
- Any additional person must be reported in advance and accepted by the owner.
5. Swimming pool
- Access to the swimming pool is reserved for guests of the guest rooms only.
- Please shower in the garden to prevent sunscreens from affecting the pH values of the water.
- Children must be under constant adult supervision.
- Compliance with opening hours from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. is requested.
- Management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident linked to non-compliance with safety rules.
6. Animals
- Dogs are accepted under certain conditions :
- Calm, clean, and sociable animal with humans and other animals.
- Leash required in outdoor areas.
- Please do not leave the animal alone in the room.
- If there are people with allergies in the guest room, please keep your distance.
- A supplement of €3.50 per night will be applied for cleaning.
7. Inventory and deposit
- An inventory is carried out upon arrival and departure. If defects are noted during this assessment and they are outside of "normal", these will be invoiced to the user.
8. Use of the premises
- The tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to return the room in good condition.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included.
9. Liability
- The owner cannot be held responsible in the event of theft or damage to the tenant's personal belongings.
10. Loss of Key
